– Leading the Way for Students Worldwide Harvesting Locally Grown Food

From Their City School Garden

These hard working special needs students and their teachers did an amazing job with their small school garden in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. Local grown food in cities – from farm to table – it’s the future for ensuring food security for us all, and RSETF students have shown us how it can be done with their okra harvest.

CONGRATULATIONS RSETF students and teachers, and Founder, Dr. Badewa Williams! Next up - programming and deploying our OPEN-RAK Internet Sensors in these gardens to monitor their crops, and learn and share what the data from our environmental sensor can tell us. Stay tuned!
